Lubrication
The Missile LXQ Series Hammers are precision-made tools and should be treated as such. Only the highest quality lubrication should be used and a constant flow of oil must be maintained at all times. Recommended lubrication amount 1/2 Pint per 100 cfm per hour.

Heavy duty oil is recommended for all year-round use, in particular where air supply to the hammer is at high temperature. If lighter grade oil is required due to very low ambient temperatures, amount of oil being used should be increased by 30 percent.
