Atlas Copco is the leading manufacturer of portable compressed air machines in the world. Used in a wide variety of industries, Atlas Copco has developed a set of machines that successfully walk the line between size, output, and capacity.

The demand for drilling equipment continues to rise. This series is particularly adapted for deep water well drilling under harsh conditions. The frame is rugged and built to last, and the machine is designed for continuous duty. It is perfect for building sites, both in helping lay the foundations of buildings and ground consolidation. Also for pipeline cleaning, it is the ideal machine thanks to its ability to vary between lower and higher pressure outputs.

For a Wide Range of Drilling Activities

Two men working with pipe on drill rigAtlas Copco has a full range of air compressors to meet the most demanding of work. Each is designed to work in extremely harsh conditions -- from 14 degrees F to 122 degrees F (-10 degrees C to +50 degrees C), and for even colder conditions -- down to -13 degrees F (-25 degrees C) a pre-heater option is available for the engine.

Safety is paramount for all Atlas Copco equipment. It's safe for the operator and those around the machines when they are in use (reduced noise levels, air release valves, emergency stops), safety is vital while they are in transit (towing, loading, and lifting), and safety is priority when it comes to the environment (best fuel consumption, long lasting parts).

Above all though, Atlas Copco compressors are built for reliability and simple easy maintenance, and many years of loyal and trouble-free service.

Features

  • Safety features as pressure displays, emergency stop, and spill-free frame
  • FuelXpert for optimized fuel consumption
  • Oiltronix for longer lasting components
  • Dual pressure system -- variation of output and flow between lower and higher pressure limits
  • Ready to operate with a full range of options for all operating conditions
  • Best for use in all weather conditions -13 degrees F to 122 degrees F (-25 degrees C to +50 degrees C)
  • Fast speed tandem or wagon trailer
  • Truck or skid-mounted version
  • Cosmos

Advantages

  • Higher pressure makes drilling faster
  • Higher flow removes the cuttings more efficiently
  • Superior productivity is gained by increasing speed
  • Operator and environmentally safe
  • Optimization of costs by having the best machine pressure, airflow delivery, and minimized fuel consumption
