kwik-ZIP® GT Series

The range of kwik-ZIP® GT Series is available in 3 different bow heights:

GT 20-1 0.79" Bow Height
GT 30-1 1.18" Bow Height
GT 40-1 1.57" Bow Height

All of these products will fit bar and pipe diameters ranging from 0.70" OD to 2.55" OD and are therefore ideally suited for:

• Rock bolts
• Soil nails
• Small diameter drop pipe
• Down hole cameras and geophysical tools

No special tools are required to install these products that are manufactured from a high-grade engineering plastic called Acetal POM.

NOTE: GT Series cartons contain 100 units.

A kwik-ZIP® centralizer model is available for all pipe, bar, or screen diameters above 0.70" OD. No Setting tool is required for the GT Series. Select the appropriate kwik-ZIP® Casing Centralizer Segment Model for your application from the following table:

kwik-ZIP® 155 and 380 Series

The range of kwik-ZIP® 155 and 380 Series are available in 2 different bow heights:

155 HT-D 1.18" Bow Height
155 HT-E 2" Bow Height
380 HT-D 1.18" Bow Height
380 HT-E 2" Bow Height

The 155 Series will fit bar and pipe diameters ranging from 2.28" OD to 7.09" OD. The 380 Series will fit pipe 6.3" OD and greater. Both of these products are ideally suited for:

• Gravel-packed screens
• Casing
• Drop pipe
• Pump installation

The range of kwik-ZIP® HD (Heavy Duty) Series is available in 4 different bow heights:

HD 75 - 3" Bow Height
HD 100 - 4" Bow Height

All of these products will fit casing and pipe diameters ranging from 4.3" OD and greater and are therefore ideally suited for:

• Horizontal and vertical applications
• Double containment PIP applications and underground crossings
• Gravel-packed screens
• Torque arrester
• Casing, screen, and pump riser installations
• Made with heavy duty engineering thermoplastics and rated to 176° F, with no metal parts
• Special Bow Spring design allows use on heavy weight pipe
• Curved bow profile and low friction coefficient allow for easy insertion of casing into the borehole
• The segmented design fits all pipe diameters from 4" DN and above, with additional segments added as diameter increases
• Rapid onsite assembly
• Segment design and packaging allow for low inventory and transport costs
• Integrated rubber grip pads prevent movement on the pipe
