- Thread protectors are probably the cheapest form of insurance you can buy for your drill string. Available for just about every thread, in pin and box configurations.
- Don’t risk your drill string to old and beat up protectors. Replace them instead of your drill rod. Notice the damage to the thread protector. Better there instead of your threads!
